Our annual Red Carpet Awards Gala Fundraiser is coming up fast, and 2025 marks the Art Theatre’s 100th Anniversary! Celebrate and help preserve Long Beach’s oldest and last independent cinema!

Festivities include a red carpet photo op, watching the awards live on the big screen, a silent auction, food and drinks, giveaways, and so much more! Your contribution will go directly toward maintaining this historic gem.

“Art of Catering Food”, a national conference of culinary leaders, will be held this Sunday & Monday in Florida. Chef David MacLennan and myself are teaching a class on Pickling & Fermentation. Later in the week Chef Sean Dent and I will present on Truffles & Mushrooms. Dana Buchanan & I follow up with our Sustainable Catering step by step session. I can’t wait to learn and inspire with fellow Chefs and Catering professionals.
