Taking a Closer Look at Our Event with Ferrari ~

We provided food for a 2-day Ferrari Invite Only VIP test-driving event. We chose to support local, seasonal, and sustainable with this event, like we do for every event.

We foraged figs, served our own in-house cured Iberico Salumi, used our own heirloom tomatoes, partnered with .coffee.co to serve the best and cleanest organic coffee drinks, and served Calvisius caviar. We shopped at our local farmer’s market, Ha’s Farm for pink lady apples, plums, raspberries, and more. Sharing our local community in this way with an international luxury brand proves that quality doesn’t have to be sacrificed to remain sustainable.

Catering the 2024 Olympic Closing Ceremony was pretty incredible - to say the least.
Last weekend, we had the honor of being part of the official handoff from Paris for the upcoming 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles! The event featured performances by Snoop Dogg, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Billie Eilish at Rosie‘s Dog Beach in Belmont Shore.
Our menu featured artisanal sandwiches paired with seasonal apples from Ha’s Apple Farm in Tehachapi, California. Happy to again partner with for reusable cups for the event!
