Puligi

A Samoan dish I grew up eating. It is a bundt cake that is browned by adding burnt sugar.

We steam our puligi vs. bake it for an hour and add our homemade vanilla custard sauce that we add fruit cocktail to.

If you're Samoan, you already know, but if you aint had ours... well... there's only one way to find out!

My wife, Sara & I started Misa Catering because we loved to cook and bake and serve others, not all recipes were manufactured in our minds. Our food is a culmination of recipes from all of our friends and family that we’ve perfected over time.
