A Samoan dish I grew up eating. It is a bundt cake that is browned by adding burnt sugar.

We steam our puligi vs. bake it for an hour and add our homemade vanilla custard sauce that we add fruit cocktail to.

If you're Samoan, you already know, but if you aint had ours... well... there's only one way to find out!
