Petite pan seared salmon filet, on butter leaf lettuce, topped with organic Meyer lemon herb relish

Traditional Fondue Pot

Grated Gruyere, Gouda and Brie cheese
Garlic, Dijon, white wine, Kirschwasser
Crusty local bread cubes

Roasted Brussel sprouts

Coast Catering does more than create memorable events. Sometimes we are there for you in an unexpected time. Recent drop off of healthy snacks, lunch and drinks to a family who lost their matriarch. As the family gathered, to plan and grieve, we delivered sustenance in their time of need. Thank you Suzanne Shaheen for thinking and trusting us with your loved ones.
