This week we have a Cajun French classic! 🔥CHICKEN FRICASSEE🔥 This Cajun chicken dish is juicy tender chicken stewed in a special cream sauce served with roasted potatoes and a bacon cheese vegetable casserole. Menu 6-21 Plate Lunch- Chicken Fricassee, Herb Roasted Potatoes, Bacon Cheese Vegetable Casserole, Fresh Roll, Cookie, and a Drink. Frito Pies - made with Smoked Queso, Shredded Cheese, and Smoked Ground Beef Chili. Swamp Nachos - Crunchy round Tortilla Chips, Smoked Chili, Smoked Queso, Sautéed Crawfish Tails, our Secret Cajun Dust, and Jalapeño Peppers .
