Job Summary:
As a Nerf Party Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring an exciting and safe experience for children and adults participating in Nerf-themed parties and events. You will oversee the organization and ex*****on of various Nerf games and activities, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a fun and engaging atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a passion for creating memorable experiences for party attendees.

Must Have:
-Self-motivated individual who strives to for excellence
-Able to work some not all Fridays 5:30-9:00pm, 10am-8pm Saturadays and 12pm-8pm Sundays (hours may vary depending on parties booked)

Rate of Pay: $9.50 per hour plus tips (on avg. with tips ~$12 per hour)

Responsibilities:

Set up and prepare the Nerf party area, including arranging obstacles, targets, and equipment in a safe and engaging manner.
Greet party attendees and provide them with a warm and friendly welcome, ensuring they feel comfortable and excited about the event.
Explain the rules and safety guidelines for each game or activity, ensuring that all participants understand and adhere to them.
Facilitate and lead a variety of Nerf games and activities, ensuring fairness, enthusiasm, and maximum engagement for all participants.
Monitor and supervise the participants during games, ensuring safety protocols are followed and addressing any behavior or safety concerns promptly.
Provide assistance and guidance to participants who may require extra support or have questions about the games or equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized party area, including resetting game setups between rounds and ensuring equipment is in good working condition.
Assist with cleanup of refreshments, snacks, cake, and party rooms.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints from parents or attendees with empathy and professionalism.
Uphold high standards of safety at all times, following company policies and procedures related to participant supervision, equipment usage, and emergency protocols.
Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude throughout the event, creating a fun and memorable experience for party attendees.

Requirements:

Preferred experience working with children or in event management is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact with participants of all ages.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain control and order during games and activities.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, while ensuring a high level of attention to detail.
Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by scheduled events.
First Aid and CPR certification is a plus, but not required.
Passion for Nerf games and a good understanding of various Nerf blasters and accessories.
