The concept of Holy Grazing that’s Amazing! Is a great one! With my large family, grazing tables and charcuterie boards have become standard practice for most get togethers. Skip the sit down dinner or the buffet, opt for a grazing table. Use your dinner table, your kitchen island -whatever works in your home. Stay tuned for some incredible grazing table ideas, but for this post, I am going to focus on charcuterie boards.

I truly love a good charcuterie board. To be honest, one of the main reasons I like them is I like snacking all day! On a more practical note, with a charcuterie board you can pretty much be certain there will be something for everyone to eat. There is no worrying about whether or not someone is going to like what you are serving because a good charcuterie board will have pretty much everything: carbs, protein, veggies, fruit, and dips! We have charcuterie boards all the time, and everyone always leaves with a very full (and very happy) tummy! They are super helpful on holidays when you are preparing a big meal and have lots of hungry people roaming around while you are cooking. When you are cooking a big meal, put a charcuterie board together and people will have something to nibble on until dinnertime. We have them on almost every holiday. I have all sorts of charcuterie boards and grazing tables to share with you. I almost always make them when I have company. My family makes them for holiday get togethers, and when we make them, they literally take up our entire 8 foot dining table. I even make a to-go board to bring when I am invited somewhere. Boards are fun to make – you can customize them however you wish.
