About Your Future Coordinator
Hey Friend! Lauren Spraggins here. Let’s just start with the fact that my husband and I became best friends through the Boy Scout of America (hence the business name that combines “Event” and “Scout”). I know what you’re thinking: Yes, I was registered as a “Boy Scout.” It’s a long story about how there are co-ed version of the organization so we won’t digress. As an avid adventurer, you better believe that I immersed myself in coordinating multiple Leadership Trainings through the BSA along with helping my sisters and friends plan their weddings as they became engaged.
Zack and I love the outdoors, so it seemed only fitting that the proposal was stationed atop a cliff on the tail-end of a “spontaneous” hike in Arkansas. Yes, that photo is very real and no, we didn’t fall off ;)
Let me tell you, I didn’t have a single bit of my wedding planned ya’ll, not even a Pinterest Board. But I guarantee you, everything was ready to go by the end of the first 3 months of our 1.5 year engagement. The whole Scouting theme truly tied together when we chose our Wedding Hashtag to be #ScoutedOutASpraggins (No really, check it out).
So when I’m not planning or coordinating events, you can totally find me thrifting designer clothes to resell online and hosting family get togethers in our cozy home. I kid you not, I literally had our large family play charades in our living room. I adore fellowship, getting to know others, and surprise, coordinating events.
