Thank you all for your support with my small business venture! I am sorry I could not accomodate those of you who reached out for holiday orders.

I am taking a hiatus to focus on my Masters program and family for now. If any of you need a board made in the meantime my friend Christine Full of Flavor Charcuterie & More. She does an awesome job and she is happy to help!

My kids couldn’t believe that their elves also love snack plates. Featuring the tiniest salami rose I have ever made, cubed cheddar (elves love cheddar), lemon ricotta, manchego, grapes and strawbs + a mini brie wedge.

Weekend party boards 🎉🥳!

This is a board almost anyone can make!

1. Manchego cheese (Aldi sells it for unded $5). It’s so easy to take and slice each piece down the middle and the cheese rind makes for a pretty design on the outside.
2. The round baby belle cheese you simply peel and slice in half.
3. I had a bag of cubed cheese I put in one corner and back square cheese is a cheddar I bought from Trader Joes which I simply sliced into slivers that look like the shape of pieces of butter.
4. Pepperonis (also from Aldi)…take toothpicks and fold the pieces twice in half then connect 2 pieces together and place on the toothpick. You can do multilple toothpicks and make a pattern.
5. Chocolate covered strawberries…place toothpicks in the strawberries and use a good baking chocolate. I melt the chocolate with a little bit of vegetable oil for 1 minute (stir the melted chocolate and start dipping the strawberries). Place each strawberry on a plate with wax paper and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Next you can melt white chocolate for 1 minute with the vegetable oil and melt. Stir up melted chocolates then pour in a sandwich bag. Cut a small tip of the bag of with scissors and start drizzling over the berries. Put in the refrigerator again for another 30 minutes then place on your board however you like…
6. I took a ramikin and put some candies in there…you can put nuts, olives, stuffed peppers, etc. in there. And a small jar with a lid I poured some M&Ms inside.
