Event Coordinator position!

Job Description
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and up-beat individual to help our customers plan parties and events. This person’s job will be to receive inbound calls and emails and schedule rentals. You will be required to maintain a cheerful willingness to work with individuals planning birthday parties and larger events. Pleasant personalities and the ability to connect well with people on the phone in a sales environment will succeed in the position. Additionally, candidate will assist in managing existing rentals from booking through successful completion.

Skills required:

Excellent phone etiquette

Customer service experience

Eagerness to work in a sales position

Solid computer skills

Experience with event planning will be a plus

Willingness to work closely with a team of dedicated individuals
