Most asked question we get is how to store your sourdough and how to revive it. Due to the natural preservatives found in sourdough bread we recommend you store it on the countertop, preferably wrapped in these wax wrap, or in a beeswax bag (linked in our bio). You can even store it in a Ziploc bag but it will not be as fresh. We recommend to never fridge your sourdough as it will dry it out. You may also freeze your sourdough in a freezer safe Ziploc bag. To revive simply run your semi thawed sourdough under water and bake at 400° for about 10 minutes. You could even revive 2 to 3 day old sourdough (that was not previously frozen) by doing the same method. If your loaf was not frozen, do not use too much water as it will make your loaf soggy. You can even spray your loaf with water and bake. If you’ve already cut your loaf, you can do the same method but place the crumb side down. Enjoy!!!
