Someone has articulated it correctly,
“US is a city of dreams and if you have determination and guts, sky is the limit”.
Born and bought up in a typical Indian family, From my childhood I was interested to cook food . After Graduating along with my job I used to prepare authentic dishes and recipes for family on weekends . Preparing dishes for my family made me feel proud . My family also encouraged me do cooking .
When I moved over to US, with my Hubby, One good morning my friend Pooja Singh told me "Hey you are a great Cook, why don't you start your own kitchen. From that moment, my journey started.
For me cooking is about sharing your love and care and creating a business out of this was a real challenge. But when you have a life partner as Anil Mattoo, the things just fall in place.
So, my journey on started as a novice, who just knew one thing .... How to cook with love and passion. I would spend hours watching You tube, learning about recipes and improvising them.
How to bring that touch into my recipes.
Now after almost 8 months into this journey, I feel that the time that i had invested was worth it. The love and affection that I received from my foodies keeps on motivating me.
All these emotions that I see in the thank you posts of my clients just makes my day "when my food reminds someone of his mother" it just touches the core of my heart.
