Vi aspetto Mercoledì 13 Novembre a casa del grandissimo da per una serata dedicata a ottimo cibo in pairing con ottimi drink creati da noi del .cambiano.. vi aspettiamo numerosi e non ve ne pentirete.

I will do my best to be one of the four that will represent the USA team for the global final in New Zealand next October.

A masterpiece of elegance and refinement.

The "NOBLESSE OBLIGE" epitomizes the essence of nobility and luxury, crafted for the most discerning palates and sophisticated settings.
This cocktail celebrates French elegance and its most famous products. Its base of Cognac VSOP Vaudon imparts a rich and complex profile, while The Bordeaux wine homemade syrup introduces a vinous sweetness, perfectly balanced by the warm spiciness of cinnamon liqueur.

The cocktail's bold character is further enhanced by the mysterious Sangue Morlacco liqueur, an italian cherry liquor much loved by Gabriele D'Annunzio, offering notes of cherry and a deep ruby hue. A splash of fresh lime juice provides refreshing acidity, beautifully finished with a delicate grating of nutmeg for an unforgettable aromatic finale.

Cognac VSOP Vaudon 2oz
Bordeaux wine syrup 1oz
Cinnamon liqueur 0.5oz
Sangue Morlacco liqueur 0.5oz
Fresh lime juice
Grated nutmeg

In a shaker filled with ice, pour all the ingredients and chill it with the Throwing technique.
Strain into a chilled baloon glass.
Finish with a light grating of nutmeg on top and a maraschino cherry.
Serve with elegance and savor the perfect harmony of flavors.

This cocktail is not just a drink, but an experience that celebrates the true art of mixology.

TRENETTE AL PESTRE
- Alpestre Gin Alpino infusa ai pinoli  6cl
- Cordiale al pesto genovese (senza aglio) su base alcolica di alpestre Vermouth di Torino Bianco 4cl
- succo pompelmo rosa 2cl
- succo lime  1cl
- soda rosa top
Guarnish: foglia di basilico e cialda di parmigiano con 3 Pinoli

Facile fare un drink di montagna con il gin alpestre.. provate voi a farne uno con il prodotto più tipico di una città di mare...
La mia idea nasce dalla rivisitazione di un Paloma, drink tipico messicano che ho scomposto e ricreato completamente sotto una nuova forma. 
Ho cosi preso uno dei drink piu' iconici del Centro-America, il Paloma, e lo abbiamo rivisitato con il simbolo di Genova, il pesto.
Il risultato finale è un drink fresco, leggero e particolarmente saporito, con note dolci ma allo stesso tempo sapide che vanno ad esaltare la freschezza e le caratteristiche balsamiche delle botaniche di Alpestre.
Ma un'ultima curiosità,  perché proprio il Paloma? Perché Paloma in spagnolo vuol dire colombo, e quali sono le due cose che hanno reso Genova famosa nel mondo, il pesto e Cristoforo Colombo (Paloma)... tutto torna....
