Went to in Savannah this week. Reconnected with some fellow ice cream operators. Met some pretty cool new people. Always learning, evaluating, and refining our business. New stuff coming soon. Saw a tiny bit of the town and ate a wonderful dinner . It was an intense (productive) 2 days, but time to get back to building this thing.

Guava + Cheese- A rich base made with mascarpone and cream cheese swirled with a ribbon of guava paste.

Pineapple Mojito- Velvety spirited sorbet with tropical fruit and mint. Try it with a shake of Tajin.

6/17/23 One year ago, we opened after 2.5 years of actively building an idea into a business, rooted in celebrating and serving a long-deserving community. As our future here hangs in the balance (story for another day), we must sit in and be fueled by the abundance of gratitude we hold for every person who champions this little engine that could through work, word, shared resources, storytelling, encouragement, building, counseling, posting, reposting, constructive critique, and so many other expressions of care.
