Changes coming to Lax Oct 29 2019. We Limo companies will be still allowed to pick up inside Lax , but Uberx and Lyft and Taxis will have to pick customers from a lot outside of Lax. customers had to take a shuttle and go to that outside lot.

Sep 3 2019. Big changes are coming to Lax ( to pick up passengers) Uber , Lyft and Taxis wont be able to pickup passengers from inside Lax terminals. New Shuttles will be bringing passengers to a outside lot near Lax, that will be the new pickup area for Uber, Lyft and Taxis. Tcp and Livery cars will continue to pick up inside terminals. This is all because of major construction in Lax It will last next 4 year.

As construction takes up curb space, chauffeured and limo vehicles can continue serving the arrival loop throughout the upgrade project.
