Shibuya Starlight continues on tour with a special event in collaboration with the legendary future funk producer, for his first ever American tour!

Come enjoy a night filled with citypop and future funk hits spun by Tune in Tokyo DJs and special guests.

Night Tempo himself will be available for an exclusive meet and greet session at our event. Come meet the legend behind some of the biggest hit tracks in future funk.

We will be hosting autograph signing for a short period during the event. Don't miss your chance to get your favorite album or jacket signed. Come early to ensure you can get a slot.

If you're interested in snagging something before the main show on Wednesday we will have a first look at the new American tour pieces. Visit the merch booth outside to get your hands on everything before the Wednesday show. Skip the line before the tour kicks off!

There you'll find Tune in Tokyo DJs and guests spinning tracks from new project Anileap! Anileap is a 24/7 YouTube broadcast dedicated to bringing retro anime music right to you wherever you are.

Tune in Tokyo is proud to return to tasteofjpn for year three! We will be providing music for all 3 levels of the event. We will have a booth at Sky 12, underground at Sea level with the itasha, and of course on the main stage! We will be closing out the main stage every day with many small perfomances between acts.

Come grab a stamp from us on the sky and sea levels if you're participating in the Taste of Japan game.

We are happy to announce our newest Tune in Tokyo resident, Daniel Omectin! Some may know him by his handle, Zaku.86.

Daniel is a vinyl DJ specializing in future funk and kayokyoku as well as citypop, 70s/80s punk, and American soul. Daniel has been a guest DJ with us though part of last year. You may have seen him around wearing one of his signature berets. His favorite idol is Momomo Kikuchi and has no problem letting the audiance know. From rocking the decks to the dancefloor we are delighted to have a new member join our team.

Look forward to seeing him on stage from 2024 and congratulate him on learning to spin on CDJs.
