Oh our trusty friend, Aged Cheddar, such a satisfying cheese. Salty, creamy, nutty and perfectly sharp. Pairs well with a nice Cabernet or bold Malbec, but really pretty much goes with anything you're sipping on. You will always see this delicious cheese on our boards!
