I pray you have the same confidence in God Noah had. The kind that would build a boat during a drought if God told you to because when you look back, you realize He’s never led you astray. Maybe you don’t understand why God has you where He does right now, but keep building. Don’t give up. Noah looked like a fool, until the first drop of rain. Happy Monday Cakd Cousins ‼️🫶🏾 We use our Mondays for our mental health and I thought I could share a few simple ways to reduce your stress levels in your business and everyday lives. Those these things may seem so simple — we tend to forget about them all together.

1) LIMIT SOCIAL MEDIA ‼️‼️ This is my all time favorite way to unplug and disconnect from everything for a moment. Although social media plays a huge role in most of our businesses success , it also tends to breed some underlaying insecurities that you probably didn’t know you had. Stop watching everyone else so much and unplug and focus on you and what YOUR goals are ❤️

2) Reflect on Successes — we have to keep innovating and keep busy to stay relevant so it’s hard to focus on the wins you have already achieved but sometimes you have to slow down and smell the roses. Enjoy the fruits of your labors and reflect on the things you HAVE accomplished and not so much on what you have not.

3) Mindful Planning ‼️ I feel like planning is the key to success with your small business. You have to plan , prepare and execute — that’s when you will begin to unlock new levels of success. A few things I’ve been doing is working on a content calendar for social media and also structuring my week in the bakery so I have set tasks for each day.
