Had lunch at India Jones Chow Truck. Tried the Butter Chicken Curry. Wow, this was really good. Nice and creamy, full flavored, and great balance between spices and sweet with a touch of heat. I felt great after eating it as well, happy and full. Yum.

When I first heard that there was a brand new Indian food truck, I was on the case! I had to try it! I love Indian food very much! According to their Twitter, they had a test run Saturday at lunch…too bad I added them Saturday night! FAIL on my part!
