I wanted to take a moment to share an update with all of you. We have learned that the structure of our store survived the fire, and we are incredibly grateful for that. Although we won’t be able to access the store for some time, our next step will be to assess the smoke and water damage. We will keep you updated as we move through this process.
Building Bonjour Fête, one shelf, one place setting, and one balloon bunch at a time has truly been one of the greatest joys of my life. Creating a space where so many people could find ways to celebrate has made our work incredibly fulfilling. We are more than just a party store; we are a community, and each connection matters deeply to us.
I am especially grateful for the unwavering support of the Palisades community. Over the years, you’ve shared countless celebrations and cherished memories with us. Without your continued support, Bonjour Fête wouldn’t be what it is today. My heart breaks for those who’ve endured such extreme losses, including team members and many who have become dear friends along the way.
I am also grateful for our amazing team, who is committed to fulfilling orders from our SLC warehouse. We will continue to pack each order with care, sending out happy mail filled with the stuff memories are made of, and look forward to being a part of your lives for years to come. It’s a true honor to be your choice for celebrations, whether big or small.
Many of you have asked how you can help. My first suggestion is to contribute to the incredible local initiatives supporting those affected by this tragedy. Every donation, no matter how small, makes a meaningful difference. We will continue to update our blog (link in bio) with ways to support those who have lost everything.
