Visited the Palisades today, and it’s hard to put into words the weight of it. So much of the area still looks frozen in time, like the fire just happened yesterday. Charred hillsides, empty lots, melted mailboxes. But what hits hardest is the absence of the laughter and life of our beloved community. It’s still deeply heartbreaking.

This week, we begin the process of clearing out what’s left of our store, followed by surface testing and remediation. It’s a slow road, but one filled with purpose. Every small step counts.

We’re still heartbroken, but not without hope. The strength of this community continues to shine through.💕

This is our first holiday away from our beautiful Palisades community. Valentine’s Day was always one of our favorites to decorate and celebrate in-store. My team and I are especially missing the magic of filling our shelves with every shade of pink, creating Valentine’s balloon bouquets, and helping you find the perfect gifts to share with your loved ones.

Though we may not be there in person this year, our hearts are still with each and every one of you!
