Friends, I am seeking and plan to manifest a dream new client/ venue/ project if you would kindly keep me and RedLight Special Events in mind... I have the greatest value with a forthcoming or brand new property I can consult for from the pre-opening stage...

Over the past 20 years, I have honed my talent + grand expertise creating and overseeing venue event sales departments, for both turnkey restaurant/ bars and event spaces/ private estates. I have a pretty amazing track record and this is my passion to be a part of something and elevate it's financials and popularity in a measurable and long-lasting way.

I offer both in house director of special events services as well as outside event sales and have just a few hand selected featured venues at any given time (I still have my same amazing venue clients, but also now have the time and focus for a new MAIN venue/ client).

Some of my greatest successes often with multi million dollar annual sales figures, have been starting and elevating the event & filming departments at: Madera (hollywood), Sadie (hollywood), Mirate (Los Feliz), Fellow (westwood), 86 speakeasy (hollywood), Plant food+ wine (venice), a culver city rooftop, etc etc. I have also brought a lot of new business and elevated things at existing venues that needed more event revenues and have a knack for that, often coupled with an interior re-design...

In a week where I am reminded how hard it is to be a woman entrepreneur, it is really nice to be recognized for what I created, no matter how joyous + challenging it has been and continues to be! thank you Hello Alice and Antares Capital! I need a rockstar admin + wedding + event sales assistant...

Please someone with some wedding/ restaurant/ event sales experience and knows how this biz works; that is smart, loyal, reliable, personable, trustworthy, and avail most weekends-I am looking PT to start but for the right person, it can grow to full time. I am seeking someone interested to grow with me/ my brands long term... I am seeking a few more good candidates for an excellent admin assistant focusing on event sales admin/ event space logistics/ and wedding + event planning. Day of wedding assisting will also be part of this role.

This person should be available PT to start (min will be 15-20 hours a week) but may grow to FT soon, and have a flexible schedule especially available for long hours fri/sat/sun.

I prefer someone with a college degree and some level of either event, wedding, restaurant, and/or executive assistant background of a minimum 2 years, preferably 3.... The most important things to me are that this candidate be looking to grow and work with my event companies and venues long term, be intelligent, a quick thinker, great problem solver, kind, polite, loyal, trustworthy, well written, good with people, have a passion for events and the hospitality business. I would especially love someone good with website design (sqaurespace), SEO, graphic design, social media, blogging, etc. They must live in central LA thou some work is remote...

Pay is DOE but this is for a boutique company run by me, and is a really cool opportunity because they will be working with all my brands and venues via www.redlightspecialevents.com
