is a 501C3 cultural arts center and Victorian house HM157, 501C3 Non-Profit Cultural Arts Center.

Historical Monument 157 on the California Landmark list --- also referred to as 'The Horace P Dibble House' (circa 1886) --- is a beautiful old mansion in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Lincoln Heights. We function as a music venue, gallery, live/work space, farm & location for public and private events, film/photo shoots, cinema screenings, eco-workshops, skill sharing and more. We are dedicated to the propagation of positive possibilities.

We are celebrating Christmas this year in the attic of our Historic mansion . We will also be celebrating Reid Maxwell’s Birthday and Neel Boyett’s landing in Los Angeles . Come and join us this Christmas for a cocktail party and Film . 🎄

Beneath a starry canopy, a moonlit garden transforms into a stage of mystic allure for an enchanting night of open-air cinema. Candles flicker with warm seduction, bonfire sparks dance with whispered spells of old, and silhouettes bond over the alchemy of the silver screen. As inventive flavors tantalize the senses, this is where magic meets celluloid dreams.
