The former vaudeville house and movie theatre was built in 1926 but was completely re-imagined by retaining original details like bow truss ceilings and neon marquee and modernizing it into a striking and flexible space with large kitchen, serving stations, and AV room. The center of the old theatre has been turned into a soaring outdoor courtyard and features space suitable for a full bar and musical entertainment.
