HOLIDAY :: when you pre-order a Christmas meal, your menu will arrive in parchment-lined aluminum pans with easy heating instructions. At this photoshoot we received all dishes that way, and re-plated them on ’s house platters. It really is that easy. Plus all of our ingredients are locally sourced, made from scratch, and in the case of the tenderloin…. braided with love.

THANKSGIVING :: oh boy, Thanksgiving. We’ve been cooking the meal for our clients for well over a decade and are comforted/filled with love when we think about our food gracing dining tables of you and your loved ones each holiday season. It never gets old.

Every year, says he’s going to set a boundary and not personally brine and cook all of the turkeys, but he always does. We want those boundaries, we really do, but we’re also selfishly glad he still puts in that time and makes sure Thanksgiving is perfect for everyone. The team and the community alike.

On this day every year, we get to watch so many talented people show up and turn a parking lot into what feels like the most glorious snow globe filled with music, reunion, art, and good will. While the metaphorical snow falls, we are in the kitchen executing - tray passed appetizers, a pre-set salad, and family style entrees/sides fresh off the grill, for 320 seated guests.
