The program would start with an hour-long concert followed by a care-free gathering of musicians and general public who will be invited to enjoy the rest of the night by visiting artisan stores, restaurants, bars, cultural centers, art galleries, or by simply enjoying a serenade under the stars in Mariachi Plaza.
