All of our personnel are experienced in their field. We enforce a professional code of conduct. We're on-call 24 hours a day to provide quality personnel for unexpected staffing additions, medical and vacation leave, or those suddenly absent employees.

Catherine, our Associate Director of Recruiting, brings 18 years of food & beverage experience and 10 years in recruiting to Culinary Staffing Services. Starting as a hostess with no F&B experience, she fell in love with hospitality and worked her way up through every front-of-house role, eventually becoming a General Manager. She later transitioned into recruiting, where she discovered her passion for coaching, training, and helping others grow into 'All-Stars.

At Culinary Staffing, Catherine takes pride in showing recruits the possibilities: the freedom to work where and when they want, opportunities to hone their craft, and the chance to connect with like-minded professionals. She’s proud to be part of a team that’s constantly evolving and staying true to its mission.

Since joining our team in November 2021, Ashley has been instrumental in shaping our approach to staffing. She co-led the development of innovative programs centered on employee engagement and diversity & inclusion, while also ensuring clients receive top-tier service tailored to their unique needs. Her strategic mindset and passion for fostering meaningful connections make her an invaluable asset to our team.
