Loco 😜 Locro makes everything better. A silky stew packed with flavor (and good for you vitamins), served with a pan fried pork chop (or chicken)

Fun Fact: locro, refers to a stew, has been registered in writings from Spanish conquistadors and missionaries as early as 1590 (however they did not create today’s Peruvian recipe)

Peruvian version contains ingredients native to the country (squash, potato, corn, ají amarillo and huacatay)

FUN FACT: The denomination of this dish comes from the Arabic sikbag, a Persian dish which over the years became pickled.
