This wedding cake I do for an absolutely amazing couple that I loved working with. Their wedding cake is a semi naked finish giving the rustic look a romantic feel with their beautiful flowers provided by their florist and placed on the cake by me upon delivery. They went with small three tier cake to feed their 100 guest. I absolutely loved working in this cake!! The vintage pipping, sugar flowers, and the hight was everything 🤩. I had to stand in a ladder to fully assemble it and nothing is more terrifying then trying to climb a ladder with cake in your hands. 😂 @sgveventcenter had the most perfect setup and the room was a dream.
This very tall four tier cake is all chantilly and berries covered in a yummy vanilla buttercream. The sugar roses are coated in a pink luster dust and a drop of yellow food coloring. 🍰🍰🍰

One of my favorite venues to work with is the Houdini Estates. It is absolutely one of the most gorgeous locations I’ve been lucky enough to explore. When I was approached to make a cake to represent the venue I couldn’t turn it down. Near the entrance to the garden where most receptions are held there is a beautiful clock covered in bougainvillea. I took inspiration from that and covered the cake in a multiple colors of emerald and moss greens and blended them together. Then after recreating the clock I added bougainvillea to throughout the top and middle tier. The bottom tier took representation from the building next to the clock while I added a mosaic tile base to represent the driveway. I love how the cake turned out and the flavors were just as yummy. There was red velvets cake and cream cheese, vanilla cake with vanilla frosting and a strawberry puree filling, and a vegan carrot cake with vegan frosting. One of my favorite styles of cake is vintage pipping. The creativity that I can take and the elegance of each cake is just the best 😍. I have been able to do everything from birthday cakes to wedding cakes from monochromatic to vibrant and fun 🤩!!!! Weather I’m working with hearts ❤️ or rounds ⚪️ I have the best time. I have so many different pipping tips and honestly for the longest time I had no idea how most of them would look. Working with the vintage pipping I have been able to explore the wonderful world of pipping tips. Some were epic fails and some I used in the most unconventional ways but the end result always ended the same. I defiantly had to practice and had some long nights wondering what in the world I was doing but it was all worth it when I see my customers eyes light up. What are your thoughts on vintage cakes?
