Happy National Cocktail Day! This sunny spring Monday just got even better, and we are raising a glass to celebrate our award-winning m!x program, where every sip is something to remember. From unexpected accents and the freshest ingredients to premium spirits and bold flavors, we make sure each cocktail is something special.

Today, we’re stirring up classics with a twist:
A Moscow Mule made with Grey Goose vodka, fresh lime juice, and Bundaberg ginger beer over crushed ice, served in a copper mug with a fresh lime wheel.
A Paloma with Espolon Blanco tequila, freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice, lime, simple syrup, and a splash of seltzer, finished with a half-salt rim and grapefruit peel garnish.

And tomorrow? Stay tuned. Our Beverage Director, Randy, loves crafting custom infusions, artisanal cordials, tailored bitters, and one-of-a-kind garnishes to surprise and delight. Cheers to m!xing things up!

Alley has a corporate medical background and brings to Good Gracious! all the sensibilities of taking care of people, which she does fabulously well with our clients and team alike. Her skills revolve around hospitality, creativity, and attention to detail.
Alley recently got engaged to Pauline’s nephew and is getting married this October—LOVE that! She stays very active, and you might even see her running with her beloved dog, Finnegan, an Irish Doodle, or doing errands on her Vespa. She loves a cocktail and is a great candidate to taste the drinks Randy, our Beverage Manager, creates.

Happy St. Patrick's Day! We are celebrating with a taste of classic Shepherd's Pie for the holiday. A dish loved by every busy mum in England (and Ireland, of course!). It’s one that made over and over again, featuring delicious, chunky lamb cooked with onions, sweet peas, and carrots in a velvety lamb gravy, all topped with creamy golden mashed potatoes.

Pauline chose Princess Kate, while Mayra picked Michelle Obama, and so on, sparking a thoughtful discussion about admiration and personal connection. MEET THE TEAM
A veteran caterer, which is a rarity in Los Angeles, Randy brings his invaluable skills to Good Gracious! A true all-rounder in the world of food, hospitality, and beverage, he is an absolute team player, always ready to jump in wherever needed. However, we hired him specifically to elevate our beverage service under his watchful eye. Randy, of course, makes a mean cocktail and possesses tremendous knowledge of wine, beer, and all things drinks-related. He lives for the beach and often strolls along the beach roads just because he can. A devoted Cleveland baseball fan, he’s also probably the only person we know who still has a flip phone!

MEET THEM TEAM
We are thrilled to welcome Andrew back into the Good Gracious! family as Chef de Cuisine. We've known him for nearly twenty years. He originally spent about four years with us before venturing out to explore new culinary paths to elevate his chef skills. Today, we have the pleasure of benefiting from the wealth of knowledge and experience he’s gained over the past decade, which is truly fabulous for us all. When he's not cooking up a storm, Andrew enjoys the thrill of fast cars, cheering on the Eagles football team, and listening to rock and bluesy music—always played very loud!

Our dearest Claudia has now worked with us for nearly five years. It was quite obvious from the beginning that she had talent. She has earned her position as Pastry Chef through dedication and hard work. Claudia is always on the lookout for the latest trends in presentation to bring to the table and has an amazing creative eye. She has two children who keep her on her toes. With a great sense of fashion and style, she actually graduated as a makeup artist and hairstylist in her previous life. She absolutely loves her position, and we, too, could not possibly imagine what life in our kitchen would be like without Claudia.
