This year has been especially meaningful as we celebrated an incredible milestone: 40 years of Good Gracious! in business. Our journey has truly come full circle, with our daughter Joanne now leading the way as President. Over the years, we’ve built our legacy on delivering exceptional quality and redefining modern hospitality. What sets us apart is our unwavering attention to detail and our commitment to going above and beyond for our clients. Dinner fit for a King and Queen! Our main dish of Beef Short Rib and Branzino Filet, made of red wine rosemary braised beef short rib topped with an edible gold leaf complimented by crispy pan-roasted Branzino with lemony beurre blanc sauce. You’ll want to make this recipe in the coming weeks for a festive sweet treat. 👻 Ghost Meringue Recipe Makes 4 cups Swiss Meringue Ingredients 4 large egg whites, ¾ cup of egg white 1 cup of sugar pinch cream of tartar ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract Directions: 1) Fill a medium saucepan one quarter full with water. Set over medium heat and bring water to a simmer. 2) Combine the egg whites, sugar, and cream of tartar in a bowl of an electric mixer, and place over saucepan. Whisk constantly until sugar is dissolved and whites are warm to the touch, about 3 minutes. Rub the mixture between your fingers to test. 3) Transfer bowl to mixer stand, and whip, starting on low speed and gradually increasing to high, until meringue is cool and stiff glossy peaks form, about 10 minutes. Add vanilla; mix until combined. Use immediately. 4) Add decorations like googly eyes or even use a blow torch for a toasted look. #ghostmeringue #swissmeringue #meringuerecipe #halloweenbaking #ghostdessert #pastrychef
