The Office of Exposition Park Management (OEPM) has released the Request for Proposal (RFP): Grounds and Landscape Services for Exposition Park RFP-OEPM 19-001, on the State Contracts Register (CSCR) website. This RFP is advertised on the California State Contracts Register (CSCR) at: https://www.caleprocure.ca.gov/event/31001/0000012412
Click on “View Event Package” to view the view RFP and future addendums. As a reminder it is the responsibility of the Proposer to comply with all instructions contained therein.
There is a Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference scheduled on Monday, April 8, 2019 at 10:00 AM. Please enter Exposition Park off Figueroa at the 39th Street entrance located at 700 Exposition Park Drive, Los Angeles, California 90037 at the parking kiosk and indicate you are attending the “RFP conference for Grounds and Landscape Services”. Please report to the OEPM located in the Wallis Annenberg Building and check in with the Receptionist at the Wallis Annenberg Building reception area to obtain a Visitor’s Badge. Participants must arrive and sign in no later than 10:20 AM to be able to submit a proposal, no exceptions will be made. Allot yourself enough time for traffic, parking, way finding, and signing in for a Visitor’s Badge.
