Our website is currently down due to it being completely revamped. Yet I can tell you, we’re going to be mobile 2022 with a food truck, bbq trailer, and a truck with tables, tents and chairs too. So you’ll be able to sit back and relax for your events, not have to clean up afterwards, and not have to worry about renting equipment separately. We also have some DJ’s that we can set up up with too. You may know a cople of them. We’ve been quite and off social media for a bit, but have been grinding behind the scenes.

We’ve been thinking about another branch being added to our catering company for a little over a year. Connected with a Certified Nutritionist/Chef/Personal Trainer and we now have the ball rolling. I’d like to announce that our branch Food Gang Nutrition has a launch date of September 1st, for your to place orders of weekly or monthly meal preps.

We’ll have: Clean Meal Plan, Paleo Meal Plan, Keto Meal Plan, Vegan Meal Plan, Vegetarian Meal Plan, Fruit Box and Vegetables Boxes.

I'm telling you... our Sous Chef Nikki has already booked one wedding and closing her second wedding booking for us in only a week of officially being with us! Her and I will be checking out a potential restaurant space Monday and the staff loves thus far what they've seen of the site.

We'd like to introduce our Sous Chef Nikki Huntoon. Nikki is an Jackson, Michigan native, born in 1992. Former baker for Vista Grande Villa. Bartender at Night Light, and kitchen manager at Grand River Brewery. She studied Culinary Arts at Jackson College, as well as overseas in China and Ireland. She's a Vegan Chef, Chef, Baker and Bartender. We're very grateful to have her with us as our Sous Chef.
