What is BATSU!?

In Japan, there is a style of comedy known as BATSU! game (罰ゲーム), where comedians take on outrageous challenges, with the losers facing wild punishments. BATSU! fuses this unique style with American comedy, with the Warriors battling it out to dodge electric shocks, paintballs, a giant egg-smashing chicken, and many more jaw-dropping surprises! BATSU! is an interactive, immersive, dining and entertainment experience that fuses the Japanese comedy style of a BATSU! game, with delicious food and the very best improv comics.

The BATSU! Game:

Four American comedy warriors face off in challenges to avoid painful, humiliating, and ridiculous punishments! The bravest audience members may also volunteer (upon signing a waiver) to participate in some of the challenges to win honor or suffer punishment.Watch (and maybe even compete alongside them) as they battle for comedic glory and honor as they attempt to avoid hilariously painful and humiliating punishments. In the end, there will be only one winner who will have the honor of striking the “Gong of Punishment.”

If you’re heading to our Holiday show “Kicking Off the Holidays with Carolina & the Singers of Soul” today at 4pm, here is a suggested route to get you to the SP+ Parking garage on the east side of Ivar, between Hollywood Blvd and Selma. Tickets are still available at link in bio!

The Hollywood Christmas Parade starts at 6pm, and passes right by the Bourbon Room, so stop in for a drink and food!
