Today's mental health day. For most living in this crazy world can be extremely challenging and we have to work on ourselves to stay sane. What do you do to keep yourself mentally healthy?
For me living in gratitude, keeping always busy, trying to be real, raw and myself regardless of what others think of me seems to work. You don't have to be perfect, you have to be you, smile, learn to live with your imperfections and most importantly be grateful. Count your blessings every day!

He's my number one helper, the one that who never says no when I ask for help. My number one driver, delivery guy, assistant, cleaning guy, photographer, cheerleader and so on. No matter how tired he is, he's always there for me and my business. And today, today I miss him, I miss him like never before because while I write this he lays in a hospital bed fighting the biggest battle of his life. If you know him, you'll know he's an amazing human who's always put his problems aside to help others. He's a fighter who will always fight for the less fortunate. A few months ago when he was diagnosed with terminal stage 4 colon cancer I asked, why you? And he said to me, why not? That's who he is, someone who has never questioned life about all the struggles he's gone through. Despite of all this he's in good spirits, he smiles and he jokes, he sings and he cries when he sings, he's here, he's grateful and he fights everyday to beat this.
Today I'm extremely grateful for all the love and support received from dear friends and family. Without you we are nothing what a gift this life is. Today and every day I've learning what an amazing community of friends and family we are surrounded with and I'm deeply moved by the love and support. I thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you for helping us at this go fund me and thank you all who have donated and shared..

I love sharing what I do with you but not 💯 sure how Instagram or other social media platforms help my business. And I don't know how other are doing nowadays (hopefully better than me 😁) but for me it's been a really big struggle since freaking COVID . Sadly I've seen so many close their business. For me, I permanently lost a couple of really good regular clients, prices went up to the sky and are not going down, gas went up, materials are constantly hard to get, a lot of people are still being extremely cautious about COVID (I totally understand) and are not entertaining , I was also rear ended by a young girl on the freeway, got injured (to this day my neck is still hurting), my delivery van was a total loss and with the money her insurance gave me I can not afford another one. And all of this is just a little bit of all the struggles we've been going through. Thankfully I still have the love and support of a couple of wonderful clients (that I consider family). If it wasn't for them and my amazing friends and family I would not be here anymore. Honestly, I've only found a couple of clients through these platforms but some people tell me I should still be here and keep on posting. So here I am and here I go with some I made with love for you.
Thank you for reading me and for letting me bring you flowers. Thank you for your referrals and your business. I'm deeply grateful for you. Much love 🙏🏻 💓
