Joker Party Supply is a family-run business that started in 1995 by an Armenian man who came to America to build a better life for his family. In the streets of Downtown LA, the store initially started as a humble little establishment with some paper goods and balloons. More than 25 years later, it’s over 5 times its original size and carries over 200 different party themes, aisles of top brand ba

lloons, piñatas, and has evolved into one of the largest of its kind in not only Los Angeles, but nationwide. JPS plays an active role in its community, helping churches, schools and non-profit organizations all year round. We offer the largest selection of both licensed and non-licensed character and themes in town. Our balloon section is incredibly huge and our prices are way lower than the suggested retail price. We have a very large selection of decorations, accessories, and pinatas for every season, including Valentine's Day, Mardi Gras, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Graduation, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Eve. We are conveniently located in downtown and are freeway close. Wholesale and retail customers welcome.

She will share her tips and tricks in creating a graduation photo frame using all air filled balloons. You won’t want to miss this class. Plus we will have our famous RIFAS(raffles).

Estamos muy emocionadas en anunciar que para la clase de Tuftex Tuesday de Marzo tendremos a Arlette Gómez. Una instructora muy talentosa de Bakersfield California.
Ella enseñará hacer una dulce guirnalda con lindos detalles de helados y cupcakes. Nos dará sus secretos y tips que ella utiliza en su negocio.

Está es una clase que no te puedes perder! Y la clase será totalmente en español.

Recordamos que esta clase es gratis y no hay necesidad de registrarse. Solo venga temprano para asegurar su espacio. Y le recordamos que la clase es para decoradores y no se permite niños. Gracias por su comprensión.

By popular demand we have added another date for our valentines class with Megashine!

We are so happy and thrilled to announce that we will have our first balloon class with our good friends from Novedades Peyma and Eduardo Flores !!!

Novedades Peyma is bringing this class to Joker Party Supply on January 15, 2025 from 9am-2pm. It will be a completely hands on class!

There is a $50 registration fee to reserve your spot. At the end of the class you will get 4 cans of Megashine completely free ($60 value) So you are basically getting this class for free!
You can register in person, over the phone and online(link is in our bio)
Hurry up and register now. Spaces are filling up fast.
