I asked my dear friend Joe Rinaudo to play a piano roll for me containing music from the films made at the Hal Roach Studio. This one wasn’t the usual roll that has been around for some time. This roll was a different selection of melodies. He utilized his American Foto Player, one of only twelve still working in the world. Listen to this rare roll with the music of our youth.
We are assembling our footage.
Just one of the many things you will see during our Archival Screening Night at Hollywood Party - Thursday December 14th.
