HELLO 👋

I’m Lauren, Owner & Lead Planner of Laurel & Fey. It’s been a while since I last introduced myself.

I started this business as a side hustle and it quickly grew into something I was very proud of.

Here’s some information you may not know about me:
1. I got my start in the business by working fashion events, so of course I’m checking out all the guest fashion choices.

2. I have a degree in visual communications from FIDM and I’m obsessed with making things look pretty.

3. Born in San Luis Obispo, CA along the central coast so I have a special place in my heart for vineyard and outdoor weddings.

4. Tabletop design is my favorite part about designing.

5. I love pairing food and wine - I will most likely give you my honest opinion at any food tasting🤪

6. I have two toddlers and have learned to juggle a lot in life and business. That’s probably why I chose this job. 😂

7. I recently relocated to the Thousand Oaks area from Pasadena and I’m enjoying exploring more venue options in Ventura county.

We finally updated our website! Our focus this year is to relaunch and get back into the swing of things after taking some time to raise the little ones. We’re still focusing on quality not quantity which makes us a boutique event planning business. It’s all about connecting with our clients and giving them the attention they deserve.

Our slow seasons were perfect, but now we’re ready to bring lots of life into the weddings we plan.
