My name is Eric Joseph Wafer. I am the owner/operator and solo chef here at Eric Joseph's Fine Southern Smokehouse.
Southern cooking and barbecuing have always been passions of mine.
I have been cooking, smoking and grilling as long as I can remember. Each time I cook for my family, co-workers and friends I am always encouraged to take it to the next level and start a business. I am finally beginning to listen. So join me as I embark on this journey to bring you a taste of my heritage. I am starting small and will be accepting requests and taking orders as I prepare to bring my vision to reality. I welcome you all to accompany me on this quest.
