to that time I tried to make supersized macaroons resembling Matterhorn Mountain for my dear friend’s Disney Bound themed bridal shower and they turned out to be like a macaroon-meringue hybrid and I was so embarrassed but everyone devoured them 😁

This was my first wedding cake, made with so much love for one of my dearest friends As great a fan of my work as I am of hers. to when I made these little cuties for a friend’s baby shower: Mini RockyRoo and Mini Red Velvet Cupcakes. I colored the Reds naturally w/ beet powder and couldn’t even taste it!

It was such a pleasure for to provide the wedding cake for Tammy & Jason Nguyen of SF at last weekend. Many many thanks and congratulations to the beautiful couple, .miabellaweddings for taking care of me, Christina Lee at for the gorgeous stems kindly set aside for me, and for making a space for me to set-up and providing some ridiculously delicious Basil Lemonade!
