The Westwood Rec Center is housing residents who’ve lost their homes in these wildfires. The staff there has done a tremendous job of coming together and helping out these victims and we were gracious in being able to do our part.

Next slide is a list of shelters that are open as of January 11, 2025. Please pass along the information in case someone who needs to see these, can and does.

We are far from over this tragedy but Los Angeles does not give up easy.

Our roots

In 1992, after tremendous success as Executive Pastry Chef at DC-3 Restaurant at Santa Monica Airport, Jackie Ravel Knezevich established a wholesale bakery in Los Angeles called BakeAway. It grew rapidly.

With fifteen years of experience there, five of the baking professionals created a new bakery on the Westside of Los Angeles after Jackie’s passing, to carry on her tradition.

Jackie’s Family Bakery delivers the same consistent quality and creativity in their freshly baked goods, doing everything they can to earn customer satisfaction and loyalty.
