Dolma. Most people have only had the canned version (no meat) and say they don't care for it.

The "Real" version, although labor intensive, is fantastic ! My mom's recipe contains: Beef, turmeric onions, garlic, rice, yellow split peas and lots of herbs. Mint, terragon, green onion and parsley.
