Brown butter hummus with wild mushrooms. Chanterelles , porcini, seafood, enoki, crimini and forages Alaskan morels. Topped with Black seeds and Aleppo pepper.

The "Real" version, although labor intensive, is fantastic ! My mom's recipe contains: Beef, turmeric onions, garlic, rice, yellow split peas and lots of herbs. Mint, terragon, green onion and parsley.

Quick Sashimi dinner. Blue fin tuna, Hamachi, Scottish salmon, Hokkaido Scallops, Uni and sweet shrimp.
