New Wave Entertainment's Holiday Party was extra special this year at Bacari Silverlake with its treehouse vibe, yummy food and enticing signature cocktails. The night was enhanced by our poets creating personalized haiku poems, custom "word" bracelets, and our DJ spinning all night! 📸

Such a surreal night! Procreate brought on RENDER to produce the Dreams & Nightmares Reception during Lightbox Expo in Pasadena. Their newly released Procreate Dreams animation app and Halloween weekend were the inspiration. Specialty lighting, LED neon and cloud installations, unique furniture and fog machines set the scene while a creepy sexy eyeball performer and dreamy stilt walking angel enticed guests. 📸

RENDER was honored to produce the Los Angeles 50th Anniversary Reception for the Trust for Public Land. Since 1972, this phenomenal organization has created over 5,000 outdoor spaces and protected over 4M acres of land where they are needed most so that everyone will have access to the benefits and joys of the outdoors for generations to come. 📷

What a sweet time producing the Lightbox Expo Sweet Social! Our team had a blast designing this reception incorporating the client's cute mascots into the overall theme and even into custom cotton candy. We more than doubled the expected guest count. Big shoutout to our bartenders and dessert cart attendants for keeping it going! 📸

It was the 10 Year Anniversary of Survivors Speak California! RENDER ensured the success of this milestone moment for Crime Survivors for Safety and Justice. Highlights included CA Attorney General Rob Bonta, First Partner of California Jennifer Siegel Newsom, performances by Ashanti, Tamar Braxton, and talks moderated by Jason Lee with Kenashia Douglass and Executive Director of Californians for Safety and Justice, Tinisch Hollins.

A highlight for RENDER from last year was the Resnick Sustainability Center Groundbreaking & Luncheon. We were fortunate to partner with Caltech again to design this event to reveal a project made possible by a $750 million pledge from philanthropists Lynda and Stewart Resnick. We assembled an amazing team to create two stunning spaces on campus. The focal piece was a breathtaking 80’ floral wall bursting with colorful flowers and greenery featuring wood elements representing the design of the new building. Two stages with hi-def video walls took guests on a visual tour of renderings with the building’s architect and faculty staff presented the future of environmental sustainability in the realms of research, education, and societal impact. Our team was honored to be a part of this momentous day. 📷

RENDER was proud to support REFORM in producing the Iowa Job Fair in Des Moines. The Job Fair was open to anyone seeking employment and provided resources aimed at helping formerly incarcerated people. Career development services, resume building, interview preparation, business attire, hair & makeup and professional headshots were available free of charge to job seekers as well as interviews with local employers.

A highlight from last year was the Alliance for Safety and Justice 10 Year Anniversary Celebration. This immersive experience showcased two impactful programs: Time Done and Survivors Speak. Massive graphic installations, historical timeline touchscreen kiosks, and a member portrait gallery took guests on a powerful and engaging journey showcasing a decade of commitment to safety, community and hard fought achievements. The presentation featured a musical performance by Grammy Award Winning Melanie Fiona, inspirational talk by Gymnast Katelyn Ohashi, and a panel discussion moderated by screenwriter/producer Malcolm Spellman with ASJ Leadership who acknowledged successes, passionately expressed the importance of these programs, and told of compelling plans for the future of the organization.

RENDER was honored to support Blue Climate Initiative with their first Blue Climate Summit held on the Paul Gauguin in French Polynesia earlier this year. A global network of committed ocean leaders and experts worked collaboratively with the incredible local community to accelerate ocean-based solutions to climate change. The summit included cultural ceremonies, events and informative working sessions in Tahiti, Moorea and Raiatea.

RENDER was ecstatic to produce New Wave Entertainment’s 2022 Holiday Party again after a two year hiatus. Guests were down to party all night at Tesse. In addition to incredible food, cocktails and dancing, the Wine Tasting Challenge was a big hit with the crowd.

Community and industry leaders, artists, celebrities and influencers came together for this multi-day program featuring informative panels, NFT & DAO build workshops, concept pitch sessions, 3D live scan, and more to promote innovation and impact for social good.
