Yo•se•mite 2023 🏞️
We skipped Christmas this year because Brucey got deathly sick, and we spent the days through Christmas getting him through vet scares and recovery. So the moment he seemed recovered enough to travel, we hopped in the car and jet to the closest escape: Yosemite.
T’was THE BEST decision we made, as this trip ended up being so relaxing and fulfilling, even with a puppy! lol
Bruce had such a fun time exploring, and Eli was truly in his element (and in his favorite sweater) 😆. We met new, wonderful friends, and finally got a chance to breathe (some 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 fresh air) after a pretty scary week with Bruce. We’re home, happy, healthy, & excited for more adventures in 2024!
10/10 recommend spontaneous getaways.

These last 3 months have been an outer body experience. All of the weddings I had planned for 2020 (and spring 2021) moved to Sept/Oct 2021. And without a doubt, these weeks have ZIPPED by!
But I have lived and loved
every.
single.
minute of it.

So many couples experienced the pandemic in an unfortunate way: by postponing their weddings until further notice. Some of them not once, but TWICE! So these images show you that we can conquer, we CAN get through it safely, and we CAN still celebrate love like it’s 2019 😜

👋🏼Hello again IG fam ☺️ shocking to see that I’ve been away for [almost] a full YEAR from this page. But don’t you fret, I’m back baby- and ready to flood your home pages with my shenanigans 💃🏼

Before I go nuts though, I want to make my attempt at breaking this stigma about mental health.
It’s important we discuss these things, or at the very least acknowledge it.
Y’all social media is saltyyy AF 🥜. The internet makes it so easy to judge and criticize ourselves to be different and to aspire to be someone we’re not. It’s embedded in us [like a Black Mirror episode]. Simply said: Don’t do that to yourself. Be YOU. Be true to who you are, and never beat yourself up for that. Be proud of who you are, where you’re going, and how you freaking got there. Nobody did that.. except YOU. And when you’re at a crossroads- don’t forget: we’ve all hit crossroads too. Just because were not exposing it does NOT mean it doesn’t exist. I can go on and on... but I’ll save it for a podcast sesh 😆🎙💃🏼
(And yes, the podcast will return very soon! I can’t wait to reconnect with all you amazing humans!)
So with all that said.. stay healthy, stay SANE, and remember to take breaks from the internet 🤍 it’s probably one of the healthiest things you can do for yourself these days / “post pandemic”

I remember at my friend wedding, she had them roll out a table full of taquitos, mini tacos, Mac & cheese, and probably some other things I never dug into. 😂 so yummy!!

I’ve literally typed up and deleted this post several times now. I honestly don’t feel that I have the right words for this (but I guess who would right? 🤷🏼‍♀️ it’s not like we’ve experienced this before). I’m devastated that so many of the incredible couples I’ve been working with, had to reschedule or postpone their wedding day. My heart goes to all of you that are in direct effect of this pandemic. Not only big businesses, but the small ones too. I know it’s frustrating, and we all feel a bit defeated, but if we work together we can get through this. Social distancing is NOT my best trait 😂 in fact, I’m still trying to figure it out. My Tortoise Luna might think I’m crazy for attempting full conversations with her these days 🐢 But if any of you need someone to chat with, or just want to jump on a FaceTime call for some social interaction 👉🏼😆 reach out any time! I think it’s important that we stay sane, along with healthy and safe. Be careful out there, and don’t ever forget... wash your hands! 😉 Sending love friends!!

These last few weeks have become a blur 🌪 We’re in the middle of moving homes, and it feels like time has sped up 🕙 and in the blink of an eye - it’s almost March!
🍀 Luckily I got to take a break from the chaos of packing, and did a tour at Nestldown for a wedding in May. It made me so excited for the new season (and decade!).
