Few things are closer to the heart of Cook Shack than Veterans. Got to meet an amazing Gentleman named Joe. Joe is 103 years young served in WWII. Joe was shot down twice in the Pacific and has lead a life of service! We all should honor all those who have given so much everyday not just on Veterans Day. The real reason for to nights meal was ladies night knowing almost every lady in attendance I can honestly say I understand these are some very lucky men and where they get their strength.

Our Story

Cook Shack Catering was established in 2004, although owner Austin Murray has been catering for more than 20 years, starting out with catering events for friends. Our services expanded and progressed with more requests to host Christmas parties, family reunions, church dinners and corporate events was more than a part time catering company could handle; with the help of his good friend Earl Perry, Cook Shack Catering was born. Now Cook Shack is one of the areas premier caterers. Cook Shack Catering can assist you with a custom menu for any occasion, large or small.

What sets us apart? Everything is fresh and made to order. All preparation and cooking is done by Austin and his team from start to finish. Austin possesses a discerning palette and an eye for detail, that allows him to ensure that all of his food creations are as expertly prepared as they are aesthetically pleasing.

Austin humbly attributes the success of Cook Shack Catering to its people. All of our catering associates are professionals in their own respective fields, and are all involved in Cook Shack Catering simply because we have a passion for it and we put that same passion and attention to detail into every event from black tie parties to pig pickings.
