Just a question for y'all.
So when you get a demo where do you put your head?
Do you put it down in the kick panel or under the dash?
Do you put your head on the dashboard or windshield?
Every demo I have ever seen is at headrest level. So when someone says I'm ###.XX loud is it better than one that does almost the same score at the headrest?
Let me know your thoughts, I bet several of you haven't thought about that till now.
You are only as loud as you hear it and if you are sitting the seat then the headrest score is how loud you are not the other locations, IMO.
Again what's your thoughts?

Hello everyone, we know you have all been waiting for our statement regarding MECA in Africa. We are going to attempt to keep this short and to the point. We started receiving many complaints from disgruntled competitors, retailers, and perspective manufacture teams a little over a month ago. Typically, MECA would try to take a stance to back its people, as chatter etc. does not always tell the whole story and most things in those scenarios could likely be fixed with some effort.

However, at the time we began receiving these complaints MECA in Africa’s Poomesh and Sugen were already in breach of contract due to late and non-payment to the club. This is something we had been attempting to work with them on as we do understand building something new in an area. We were also under the impression and do believe they were doing a good job on the ground in public. So, this led to us working with them under breach basically since the first season. So, when these complaints started rolling, we started to investigate some things from our end.

We discovered that Poomesh and Sugen had falsified club documents on at least two occasions without out us having knowledge of the situation they were attempting to address. Neither of the above-mentioned things are acceptable, There is more but we are not going to get into the hearsay or what our personal opinions may be.

With this said after long discussions with the R&E Committee, we have decided that MECA USA can no longer be involved with Poomesh or Sugen in professional manner. So, we regret to inform everyone that we are no longer affiliated with those individuals.

Moving Forward the MECA Licensee is now open in Africa. Anyone who may be interested in obtaining the MECA in Africa License is welcome to contact us.

To attempt to salvage some of what may be left of this season any retail members may host their own 1X events through us, reach out to us and we can go over this and get that ball rolling. We have also been in contact with the third individual that trained here in the States, DV and he is willing to help with some multipoint events since he is certified until we can rectify this situation and hopefully get the correct players involved.

We know this is not the best news and we really struggled making this decision but, in the end, MECA cannot stand behind folks that are not 100% upfront with us behind the scenes. We do hope everyone has a great week and we look forward to hearing from you and getting things back on track.
