If you are waiting to book through the end of the year, just a heads up that some weekend dates are already full. We do have several dates left! However if you need a specific time frame you may want to check in soon 🙂

You can secure your party without coming in! We can send an invoice for the deposit through Square or you’re welcome to call in during Open Play Hours.

⭐️ SEPTEMBER CALENDAR ⭐️
Thank you all for your patience while we welcomed our new baby in August! 💙

🛝 We are going to slowly work back into Open Play hours this month! The first two weeks will only be Friday & Saturday, followed by our normal days of Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday the next weeks!

🥳 Party spots through December are filling up quickly! Contact us soon to reserve yours! We have not opened January reservations yet.

💜 We can’t wait to see you! We appreciate your continued support and patience this month!

📢 Open Play will reopen September 2nd! 📢

🛑 We are closed for open play July 29th - August 31st. All memberships have been updated with an additional month of play to accommodate for the closure in August.

🥳 Private Parties are available in August and we will resume Standard parties as well in September. You still have time to book! We are scheduling through December and will open up 2025 reservations in September. We typically recommend reserving your parties 2 months in advance to assure you get the specific date and time you need for your little ones special day! To reserve your parties, you can message us on Facebook or email [email protected]. Because we are out of office, the phones will be off and we will not be answering calls. Deposits for new parties that are being reserved can be paid via invoice through Square.

💜 This closure is temporary for the arrival of our new baby! Please understand that messages may not be responded to immediately, but we will respond as soon as we can within 48 hours.

📚🚌 We know several of your children will be heading back to school during this time, we will be praying for each of their safety and that they have a wonderful school year!

🥰 Thank you for your patience, understanding and support during this time! We are so grateful for each of you and we assure you we will see you soon. We can’t wait to see you at Creative City!

🛑 CREATIVE CITY MEMBERS: PLEASE READ BELOW!

At Creative City, we never want to be unfair with your time or your payments, especially for memberships! Because of our closure July 29th-August 31st we have updated every single membership in our files to reflect an additional month of play. Yesterday, all memberships were updated and we sent out a text or Facebook message to everyone reminding of the closure and your new membership expiration date. If you didn’t receive one, please reach out via messenger or by calling us at (606)694-3372 during business hours this weekend and we will be happy to send over the information! Sometimes memberships purchased as gifts will have a phone number of the gift giver listed and not the receiver, so this could be why some of you didn’t receive a message.

📢 When we reopen we will be asking to see your membership cards when you come in due to several 3 month summer memberships ending and so we can update the expiration. If you have lost your card, no worries, we can look it up in our files! Please know this is not to create a headache for you, we just want to be fair to everyone!
