WORLD-CLASS OPERATIONS | Guests took a private charter to one of the Bahamas most beautiful locations - Kamalame Cay Private Island Resort & Residences. Condé Nast notes this unique gem of a resort “feels like your own private Bahamian island.” And while we can attest that this is as wonderful as it sounds, the quiet island presented a unique set of challenges, with limited access to resources. Creative thinking and the ability to “roll up our sleeves” resulted in beautiful getaway for our guests.

Our attendees enjoyed dinners under the stars, island-inspired entertainment, beach bonfires, and a no-cell-service “off the radar” experience hard to access in the modern-day world.

WHEELS UP | HIPP went international with Washington University School of Medicine (St. Louis) to Mexico City for a 130-person Investigator Meeting.

While the Jacarandas were in full bloom and blanketed the city in a gorgeous lavender, HIPP oversaw the coordination of this complex event with guests traveling in from 10 different countries.

With so many attendees speaking different languages, each meeting session was translated from English to Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and French. The meeting received high praise for its thorough and well-understood content, as well as its hospitality.

CLASSIC STYLE | A President’s Club trip to the Arizona Biltmore presented an alfresco dinner experience with a big, beautiful Arizona sky for the client’s 2022 Sales Winners. With a mix of the region’s style and a sophisticated flair, we’re pleased with the outcome of the classic dessert lawn celebration. Live music, a deliciously curated menu, and speeches of thanks made for a perfect evening.

INSPIRING & IMAGINATIVE | What a masterpiece! A special thanks to artist Tyler Robertson for his brilliant leadership, talent, and guidance in this delightful evening at the Speed Art Museum.

Couples gathered to enjoy a family-style meal catered by the fabulous Wiltshire Pantry, dressed in their “Paint-Day Best”. They then learned about Tyler’s work and worked together to create one artistic design. The piece was sold to a local business and all proceeds were given to Louisville Visual Arts. The décor details are a nod to the event’s theme and included paint brushes and beautifully vibrant flowers.

CLASSIC STYLE | In the planning of a client’s Holiday Party, we had the opportunity to embrace the season while working with some of our favorite Louisville partners (and friends!).

In the spirit of the holidays, the event featured festive tableware, golden and “Christmas Plaid” linens, delicate glassware, and handsome florals - all making for a beautiful evening.

BREADTH | Our client’s goal for their annual event was to breathe new life into their tradition. The event moved off-campus (for the first time in history) and the event concept was completely recreated.

HIPP’s purpose as a partner began with concept development. We proposed multiple highly-vetted and comprehensive event ideas that were evergreen, intriguing, and fun. We worked in coordination with the Event Co-Chairs and other stakeholders to review and select one of the event concepts presented and The Green & Gold Social, A Night of Perfect Pairings was born. While the idea of “playing with pairings” will always be an integral part of the event, the evening will also celebrate a particular decade each year as part of the theme, to keep the night feeling fresh and exciting.

The inaugural Green & Gold Social, A Night of Perfect Pairings, was hosted by Saint Xavier High School with event management by HIPP. The prestigious high school’s largest fundraiser of the year exceeded fundraising goals with an attendance of 550 guests. Guests enjoyed dinner and dancing with an exceptional programming lineup, clever food and cocktail pairings, 1960s décor, iconic 1960s pop culture duos, and the school’s 1960s history.

TRUSTED PARTNERS • Our clients define our focus. One of our goals when planning this company’s President’s Club was to minimize costs while still curating exciting and noteworthy excursions. Based upon hours of research in the market, we selected a group of highly rated local partners who delivered ideal experiences perfectly created with our guests’ interests and abilities in mind. For this particular group of highly active, outdoor loving individuals, an energetic, guided hike up Camelback Mountain (tallest peak in the area!) was the best choice. HIPP understands client wishes and translates them to outcomes that are “spot on.”

The Award Trip at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess was end capped by a warm Welcome Dinner and a Farewell Fiesta. In between, guests were delighted with room deliveries based upon individual preferences, thoughtful gift choices, and an array of highly vetted activities (Well & Being Spa, horseback riding, hiking, ATV/UTV tours, kayaking, a cooking class, and more).

GRACIOUS HOSPITALITY • Hipp Inspired ran the operations of the Media Center at the 2020 Ryder Cup in Whistling Straits (contested in September 2021). With immense pride and commitment to our “white glove service”, each member of the media is considered a key component of the overall event success and Hipp Inspired’s mission is to make their lives as productive and as pleasing as possible.

The Ryder Cup Media Center houses more than 300 members of the regional, national and international media ranging from NY Times journalists and ESPN bloggers, to Getty Images photographers and more. HIPP executes advance set-up, as well as onsite operations.
