WORLD-CLASS OPERATIONS | Guests took a private charter to one of the Bahamas most beautiful locations - Kamalame Cay Private Island Resort & Residences. Condé Nast notes this unique gem of a resort “feels like your own private Bahamian island.” And while we can attest that this is as wonderful as it sounds, the quiet island presented a unique set of challenges, with limited access to resources. Creative thinking and the ability to “roll up our sleeves” resulted in beautiful getaway for our guests.

Our attendees enjoyed dinners under the stars, island-inspired entertainment, beach bonfires, and a no-cell-service “off the radar” experience hard to access in the modern-day world.

WHEELS UP | HIPP went international with Washington University School of Medicine (St. Louis) to Mexico City for a 130-person Investigator Meeting.

While the Jacarandas were in full bloom and blanketed the city in a gorgeous lavender, HIPP oversaw the coordination of this complex event with guests traveling in from 10 different countries.

With so many attendees speaking different languages, each meeting session was translated from English to Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and French. The meeting received high praise for its thorough and well-understood content, as well as its hospitality.

CLASSIC STYLE | A President’s Club trip to the Arizona Biltmore presented an alfresco dinner experience with a big, beautiful Arizona sky for the client’s 2022 Sales Winners. With a mix of the region’s style and a sophisticated flair, we’re pleased with the outcome of the classic dessert lawn celebration. Live music, a deliciously curated menu, and speeches of thanks made for a perfect evening.

INSPIRING & IMAGINATIVE | What a masterpiece! A special thanks to artist Tyler Robertson for his brilliant leadership, talent, and guidance in this delightful evening at the Speed Art Museum.

Couples gathered to enjoy a family-style meal catered by the fabulous Wiltshire Pantry, dressed in their “Paint-Day Best”. They then learned about Tyler’s work and worked together to create one artistic design. The piece was sold to a local business and all proceeds were given to Louisville Visual Arts. The décor details are a nod to the event’s theme and included paint brushes and beautifully vibrant flowers.

HOME • We love the ol’ saying, “Work Hard, Play Hard” and for this reason, Fridays in July are holidays at Hipp Inspired. The team at HIPP gives it their all most months of the year, so our 3-day summer weekends are just what we need to recharge and feel INSPIRED.

GRACIOUS HOSPITALITY • A behind-the-scenes look of the Media Center at the 2022 PGA Championship hosted by Southern Hills Country Club in Tulsa, OK. The media members featured here are the focus of our hospitable operations.

HIPP’s involvement with the Media Center continues to evolve with adaptations made to accommodate a mix of in-person and virtual media experiences. HIPP is a resource finding, problem solving, and hospitality providing partner.

BREADTH | Our client’s goal for their annual event was to breathe new life into their tradition. The event moved off-campus (for the first time in history) and the event concept was completely recreated.

HIPP’s purpose as a partner began with concept development. We proposed multiple highly-vetted and comprehensive event ideas that were evergreen, intriguing, and fun. We worked in coordination with the Event Co-Chairs and other stakeholders to review and select one of the event concepts presented and The Green & Gold Social, A Night of Perfect Pairings was born. While the idea of “playing with pairings” will always be an integral part of the event, the evening will also celebrate a particular decade each year as part of the theme, to keep the night feeling fresh and exciting.

The inaugural Green & Gold Social, A Night of Perfect Pairings, was hosted by Saint Xavier High School with event management by HIPP. The prestigious high school’s largest fundraiser of the year exceeded fundraising goals with an attendance of 550 guests. Guests enjoyed dinner and dancing with an exceptional programming lineup, clever food and cocktail pairings, 1960s décor, iconic 1960s pop culture duos, and the school’s 1960s history.

GRACIOUS HOSPITALITY • Hipp Inspired ran the operations of the Media Center at the 2020 Ryder Cup in Whistling Straits (contested in September 2021). With immense pride and commitment to our “white glove service”, each member of the media is considered a key component of the overall event success and Hipp Inspired’s mission is to make their lives as productive and as pleasing as possible.

The Ryder Cup Media Center houses more than 300 members of the regional, national and international media ranging from NY Times journalists and ESPN bloggers, to Getty Images photographers and more. HIPP executes advance set-up, as well as onsite operations.

HOME • Another of HIPP’s core mantras is “Start With Yes.”

While not always easy, the word “NO” just isn’t in our vocabulary at HIPP. Leading with “YES” means that we are continually thinking with an inventive approach to problem solving. When faced with an obstacle, we love the challenge of thoughtfully processing the situation differently (and sometimes differently, again!) in order to get to our clients’ end goals. It’s also a creative and positive way to think, which often times leads to an even better result!

WHEELS UP • How delighted HIPP is to be “wheels up” again and this time to the historically renowned Hotel Del Coronado, located outside of sunny San Diego, California. Our client’s meeting was the first as a newly merged corporation with the primary purpose of presenting their company goals and unifying their team. Each of the three evenings consisted of a thoughtfully planned dinner. The Welcome Dinner (featured) allowed staff from one department to easily identify their fellow team members by the identically colored lanyards they wore (many were new to the firm and hadn’t had the opportunity to meet prior to our meeting). Regional dine-arounds planned at local eateries provided small groups of guests the opportunity to bond over food, wine and intimate conversations. And a Beach Celebration culminated the week with a spirit of fun and camaraderie. The right setting, décor, fare, music and “flair” (x3!) presented the perfect opportunity for bringing this newly formed company together.

This 4-day National Operations Meeting featured 112 Attendees, 3 Rehearsals, 2 General Sessions, 48 Breakout Meetings, 3 Dinners, 2 Lunches, and 1 Team Building Activity. Team members flew from across the United States to attend this annual meeting.

TRUSTED PARTNERS • Tara and the team at HIPP have been advocates for the PGA of America for over 25 years. As a valued public relations partner, HIPP manages the onsite Media Center for the PGA Championship, as well as the US Ryder Cup. This year’s PGA at The Ocean Course featured a memorable win with Phil Mickelson’s age-record-breaking “W” and the 46th Ryder Cup at Whistling Straits promises to be equally as exciting!

For the first time in PGA history, an online Media Hub was developed in 2020 to allow media the assets needed to effectively report from afar. HIPP plays a key role in managing this newly created system. 2021 then gave us the opportunity to combine both components – (online) Media Hub and (in-person) Media Center – making it “bigger and better than ever!”

HIPP’s role has been to facilitate and ensure success of both the online and onsite platforms, including: media accreditation, credential distribution, housing procurement, interview schedule management and operations, information distribution, committee organization, concierge service, and more.

BREADTH • In a spirited and engaged partnership with and , HIPP produced an applause-worthy Commencement Ceremony for the 149th Graduating Class. The sun shone on our old Kentucky home as this group of 316 accomplished young men safely and enthusiastically celebrated with their loved ones.

HIPP displayed our fierce agility when creating this first-time outdoor graduation event. The project’s logistics included timeline management, vendor coordination, budget management, event flow management, and more. 2,500 guests were in attendance.

Start with Yes • HIPP is happy to assist Saint Xavier High School in Louisville, KY with their first ever outdoor graduation ceremony. From incorporating pre-recorded music performed by the school’s pep band to organizing the logistical run of show to ensuring overall coordination, HIPP is proud to partner and deliver a commencement dense in meaningful detail. TRUSTED PARTNERS • Our swiss-based client, Covis Pharma, requested an onboarding gift creatively presented to welcome a new team member for virtual orientation. HIPP presented a selection of options for Covis to choose.

HIPP has since become the ‘go-to’ for hospitable onboarding, with a handful of gifts shipped domestically and internationally.

INSPIRING & IMAGINATIVE • One of the defining values of Hipp Inspired is a true love of details. With eyes and hearts always wide open, we find ourselves to be “necessary noticers.”

We notice during the registration process that a guest’s birthday occurs over the meeting dates and we plan for an unexpected sweet to be presented at an appropriate time. We notice when a President’s Club winner’s expectant wife is unable to attend the trip, so a small but surprising baby gift is sent to wish her well. And sometimes, we notice the way seagulls leave crossroads-style footprints on the beach.

Noticing the little things (even in nature!) leads us to creating the details that make a difference.

This happy-go-lucky corporate group snapshot was taken in Key Largo at the Ocean Reef Club. The “best of the best” traveled from all over the U.S. to gather for a four-day President’s Club rewards trip where each guest was treated to thoughtful gifts, star-lit beach dinners, heavenly spa appointments, fun on the links, and an entertaining Beach Olympics competition.

Gracie methodically prepares a plan for each meeting and event (can you tell she instantly fit in with this crowd?) and handles every detail from budgeting before the meeting and onsite management, to post event invoicing. An invaluable member of our team, Gracie is always there to make sure our “bow is perfectly tied.”

BREADTH • In adapting to virtual needs, HIPP has been tapped to embrace important stakeholders with an at-home meeting experience. To create a connection to the online content, we developed a home office hospitality box complete with branded meeting tools and a snack pack (all packaged with care and personalization).

A series of 10-person Advisory Board Meetings are being hosted virtually by partner HEMA Biologics.

CLASSIC STYLE • When given an opportunity to dine alfresco and feature the scenery of a gorgeous hotel property (weather permitting), we'll take it every time. And in a case like this, a savings can often be enjoyed. Rented linens and expensive florals would have been overlooked for the multi-million dollar yatchs and perfectly manicured hotel grounds within view.

THE TEAM • Meet TJ, the Finance Lead for HIPP. Joining the team in 2017, TJ brought with her a sense of urgency and incredible patience, precision & the office-favorite-humor. TJ is a big reason that HIPP feels like home - we all seem to gravitate to her office for a morning chat over coffee!

TJ is responsible for bookkeeping, expense tracking, tax management & payroll. With her gentle and kind demeanor, she keeps the books straight and our team in-line, and is always ready with a helping hand.

INSPIRING & IMAGINATIVE • With a full donation of our time and creative design, the team at HIPP has been pleased to invent and manage a series of intimate, outdoor dinners benefitting Flight Club 502.

Thanks to some clever planning, each dinner is COVID-19 adapted and situated overlooking the airfield at Bowman Field. Beautiful vast blue skies, the comings and goings of small aircraft, wine and bourbon tastings, a charmingly packaged array of casual provisions and other lovely touches have made the dinners wildly successful.

was established in 2015. The club uses aviation to teach members the importance and relevance of studying STEM subjects. The nonprofit also promotes leadership skills, patriotism and good decision making.

Flight Club 502 recently moved into the Central American Airways hangar at Bowman Field. While the hangar has ample space to be a great place for the club and its members, the building has been vacant for many years and several improvements were needed. All funds raised by the dinner series created by Hipp Inspired are being used for the necessary renovations.

WHEELS UP | It was sunny & 75 for the US WorldMeds President’s Club at the Casa Marina in March 2020. For proving themselves as top sellers, award winners and their guests enjoyed wonderful dining, an array of reward activities, a collection of gifts, and plenty of time to soak up the sun.
