I will be closed until October 1, 2024 as of now. My daughter and I were in a car wreck and I physically can’t work to my normal performance. We have head trauma, back and neck pain, knees swollen, and a few aches and pains but no broken bones. Please pray for our recovery and I am sorry for any inconvenience. I will not be at the Show Up Summit this weekend and there is no Keto Meal Prep menu. Thanks Kristel Allen
