✨ Meet Pamela Fulton Broadus, Founder of Splendid Events, LLC! ✨

Pamela has always had a passion for event planning. After spending 30 years in Corporate America (and always volunteering to coordinate company events), she turned her love for planning into a thriving business. When faced with unexpected career shifts, she took control of her future and launched Splendid Events, LLC, a premier event planning firm in Louisville. Now, she ensures every detail of corporate events, galas, and conferences is flawlessly executed with style and elegance.

💡 Her advice to fellow women entrepreneurs? “Never give up! Failure is just a stepping stone to the next level.”

💖 Something fun about Pamela? She’s a proud Nana to her 2 grandsons (ages 25 and 23) and her beautiful granddaughter (1 year old). They have her whole heart!

✨ Introducing our President, Lauren Broadus, Chief Operations Officer of Splendid Events, LLC! ✨

Lauren helps nonprofits and corporate organizations bring their event visions to life—handling everything from guest experience and mobile bidding sites to staff training, event scripts, timelines, and floor plans. She ensures that every event runs seamlessly from start to finish.

💡 Her path to entrepreneurship?
It started in high school with a passion for owning her own business. When her mother founded Splendid Events, LLC while Lauren was in college, it became her direct path into the entrepreneurial world.

🔥 Her advice to women in business?
“Take the risk. You won’t regret it! You’ll wish you did it 10 years ago.”

🎤 Fun fact:
Lauren was in show choir in high school—something most people don’t know about her!
