Woodhaven was such a wonderful and special venue to have our wedding ceremony and reception at! Gorgeous grounds and space- we couldn’t have asked for anything better for our big day. Carrie and the whole team of event staff were so amazing to work with. It was much more affordable with way more included than anywhere else we toured! I cannot recommend them enough!

I got married here and it was everything I dreamed of. It was a beautiful venue with a gorgeous tree to get married at outside. Shelby was so helpful in planning my wedding and helping me budget it. The prices are reasonable as well.

We had the best wedding day at Woodhaven! We mostly worked with Suzie leading up to the big day and during the formalities of the wedding. Carrie was great on wedding morning bringing us breakfast and mimosas. Suzie is absolutely amazing and we love her! If you’re on the fence about booking here, Do it! You won’t regret it! We got so many compliments on the food and how beautiful the venue is from our guests. Our only complaint is that we aren’t members and we’re sad that we can’t come back.

Our Event Planning staff meticulously attends to every detail on your behalf which means you can relax in confidence and join your guests in savoring the perfection of it all. Our reception menus have been designed to offer you a wide variety of savory choices, prepared by our own Executive Chef.

Carrie and her team were absolutely amazing to work with! They walked us through each step and made the wedding day feel like a breeze because they took the guesswork out of it for my husband and I. The venue was stunningly beautiful and very clean. They treated us like royalty making sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire day. They are kind and very professional. It was evident that having the perfect day was just as important to them as it was for my husband and I. I HIGHLY recommend having your wedding at Woodhaven Country Club!

We had the absolute best experience with Woodhaven! First of all, it's all inclusive which is a no brainer. The food was fabulous, the staff was amazing, and they have hands down the best event coordinator you can work with. Carrie made the whole thing so simple and really took all the guesswork away for us. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!
