I am a long time photographer who has been blessed to work in a wide variety of photography fields. I own a studio and go in 7 days a week looking for more to do. I am passionate about exploring new challenges. meeting new people, working with great artists and delivering the clients vision in material form. I'm looking for the shot that I have not yet taken.

Today is a day I regret not having a partner in crime. Back to back shoots in Lexington, a Middle Eastern then Asian restaurant.
Would have been a boring drive if not for having to dodge the semis getting blown from lane to lane.

Had an exceptional time working with AFC for their national conference at the Gault House and on their river, dinner cruise.
The normal speech, presentation coverage plus headshots for all the reps and an amazing group shot. Why would a group shot like this be special??? Out of the 80+ people, NO one blinked. That's amazing!!!

Busy is no excuse for delinquency. Last Saturday was the end of an era for my long time friend, Troy Eskridge's Promotion company as he is retiring. I provide the ring girls and shoot a few shots ringside. Knowing this is the last chance for now I really shot a few. 1250+ I've been combing through and culling down to about 3 dozen so far but this one, really caught the finality of the moment.

It's throw back "week" for me by covering the FDAK convention again!!! This organization is my longest continuous client. Over 4 decades! Super fantastic people that have become like family. Coverage all day Tuesday finishing up Wednesday, editing and printing Thursday with finished products delivered on Friday.
Joining me for the major festivity Tuesday evening will be the awesome couple and photo team of Heath Plum and his wonderful wife Lori. Close friends for decades they are my go to backup and have bailed my old ass out when I'm in the weeds or under water.
Yes, this is throw back week with dear friends both associates and clients!!!

Screw my diet. When they offer you Lamb Chops for lunch, you don't say, No. The rice and the salads were deeelish!!! I couldn't stop eating.
(BTW, there were 4 chops but one didn't make it outta the parking lot. 😋)
HIGHLY recommend JoJos in Oxmoor Mall. An Egyptian chef !!!

OBITCHERARY ;)
Facebook is dying as a social platform. Not because of any government regulation (that's nonexistent) but F**kerberg's algorithms. Today only 4.2% of your followers on Instagram and only 1.98% of your followers on Facebook will see your organic (free) posts. And according to a 2023 Social Media Industry Benchmark Report, the median engagement rate for Facebook is 0.060%.
So, having 3,000 friends on your list means only 180 can read your posts. For those relying on their social media reach for validation, it's not that you are less popular, it just means Fraudbook sucks!!!
