We had such a special day catering for an organization close to our hearts, Second Stride, Inc.!! They asked for an elevated Southern style menu, and we delivered! 🤩
Menu items included:
- Southern fried oysters Rockefeller 🦪
- Colossal Shrimp with Weisenberger grits in martini glasses 🍤
- Prime Beef Tenderloin Cocktail sandwich carving station served with Kentucky Proud Butter Buns, homemade Henry Baines and Creamy Horseradish Sauce 🥩
- Fresh Lobster Tail Salad Sliders 🦞
- Kentucky Corn Pudding 🌽
- Petite Kentucky Hot Browns 🍞🍅
- Waffle Dipped Chicken bites with a maple bourbon syrup 🧇🍗

Happy Fall y'all! 🎃🍂🍁 We're catering the Pre-Lit Bash for The Jack O'Lantern Spectacular for Parks Alliance of Louisville at Iroquois Amphitheater! On the menu was baked apples, broccoli casserole, Mediterranean bowtie pasta, pulled chicken and pulled pork.

We helped Newcomb Oil celebrate their 100th year anniversary in Bardstown, KY! We set up multiple heavy hors d'oeuvres stations with chef carved beef tenderloin, jumbo shrimp, Bourbon Bang Bang Chicken Skewers, Italian sausage stuffed mushrooms, BLT dip, Petite Kentucky Hot Browns, Cheddar Chive Stuffed New Potatoes, and a Cheese display with fruit and spiral pinwheels!

Day 3 and 4 of Kentucky Bourbon Festival. We would like to give a huge thank you to the festival for having us out again this year to feed the guests in the VIP Penthouse.

Day 2 of the Kentucky Bourbon Festival. We fed 850 people today! On the menu: Individual Charcuterie Cups, Benedictine Cocktail Sandwiches, Pimento Cheese Sandwiches, Bluegrass Chicken Salad Sandwiches, Bourbon Smoked Paprika Deviled Eggs, Cheddar and Bacon Potato Tartans, Bourbon BBQ Meatballs, and Chef Carved Bourbon Barrelwood Grilled Beef Tenderloin.

Day 1 of Kentucky Bourbon Festival and we're feeding 1,050 for the Bourbon In The Air event! We are serving a Southern Grazing table, Hot Brown Macaroni and Cheese, Petite Jalapeño BBQ Corn Muffins, Bourbon BBQ Meatballs, Bourbon Bang Bang Chicken Skewers, Bourbon Peach Glazed Pork Loin, and Bourbon Glazed Casino Roast Beef!

Thank you to The Parklands of Floyds Fork for having us out again for the Field & Fork Gala at Hockensmith Barn! This incredible event is hosted to raise funds for the beautiful park in our city and we're honored to be a part of it year after year. The event starts out with passed hors d'ouevres and a specialty cocktail crafted by Angels Envy, followed by a three course plated dinner. Lastly, the After Glow features White Castle Sliders, New York style pizza, a donut hole bar, and another specially crafted cocktail 🥂

Hope Scarves is an international non-profit organization whose mission is to support people facing cancer through scarves, stories, and research. This amazing event is one that we hold dear to our hearts. One station featured a slider bar with crab cake sliders, fried chicken and pimento cheese sliders, cheeseburger sliders, and donated salads from Paul's Fruit Market. Another station featured corn fritters, potato tartans, spinach stuffed mushrooms, bourbon BBQ meatballs, and hot brown macaroni and cheese. There was also a bar of donated alcohol and a signature pink Tito's Cosmo!

✨This past weekend was more magical than we ever could have imagined! ✨ We had the pleasure of hosting the most beautiful fairytale wedding for Nick & Alexis, the owners son and daughter-in-law!! we absolutely could not have done this without our AMAZINGG vendor team! Anytime we get to work with these creative professionals, we know it’s going to be a great experience! With an immense amount of gratitude, we would like to thank everyone who worked so tirelessly to make this so special! Most of these vendors have watched Nick grow up in the LadyFinger’s kitchen, and later worked alongside him when he was finally old enough to start working events. Such a heartfelt moment to be able to watch this sweet boy grow into a man, and now marrying the woman of his dreams! CONGRATULATIONS Mr. & Mrs. DORANTES!! 🥳🎊🍾

A great event tonight at for Kids Center for Pediatric Therapies! The menu consisted of Kentucky/baseball theme passed hors d'oeuvres, a slider bar, potato wedge bar, and red/white/blue dessert miniatures.

Our fingers are at half mast today. We have sadly lost one of our original Ladyfingers, the incredible Linda Lewis.
She was with us for over 20 years helping build our reputation and grow our business.

Linda also blessed many of us with her friendship and love serving as a sister, grandmother, aunt, and friend to many of our Ladyfingers family.
We all love you and will miss you dearly.
Rest in peace ❤️🙏
