We went through the decades of the life of Muhammad Ali starting with the 50's diner with sliders and tater tots. Next was the 60's Italian station with shaker Caesar salads, pasta station and Flatbread pizza. Lastly was the 70's TV dinner station with cauliflower au gratin, buttered peas and rotisserie chicken. We featured passed apps and spotlighted a local bourbon, Brough Brothers Bourbon.
